How to make Spinach Artichoke Grilled Cheese Sandwich?

Let’s get started with this recipe.

In a large mixing bowl, add spinach(frozen), artichoke hearts (frozen), mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, red pepper (crushed), salt, crushed black pepper, and mix everything well with a spatula/ spoon.

Take slices of bread and spread butter as per your need. Now add 2 spoonfuls of our artichoke mixture and then cover it with another slice of bread. (Butter sides facing out.)

Heat a large skillet/pan on medium-low heat and cook until the mixture between the slice is melted and the bread is golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • ½ 12 oz. jar quartered artichoke hearts in water
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper optional
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 pieces focaccia
  • 2 tsp butter optional
