Chicken: Favorite ingredient of everyone from young to old. And it’s nutritious too as it contains vitamin B12 which helps RBC (Red Blood Cells) formation and anemia prevention.

Garlic: A strong flavor and aroma which is also liked by many of us. Garlic enhances the flavor of any dish as it perfectly blends in any dish and gives a twist.

Olive Oil (Extra Virgin): Again a very useful and healthy ingredient recommended by everyone. Olives are a good source of Vitamin E. olives improve heart health and bone health.

White wine: White wine adds a rich flavor and also good for health.

Parsley: Parsley is one of the widely used herbs in the world and it also adds an amazing fresh flavor and aroma to any dish.

How to make Spanish Style Chicken?

We will be starting with chicken, take 900 grams of chicken breasts or wings, and marinate it with salt and pepper.

Now in a frying pan, add 500ml of olive oil. and heat for 2 minutes. Now add 7-8 garlic cloves without peeling off their skin. and fry them for 2-3 minutes.

In the same pan, add our chicken pieces and fry them. Fry them in batches do not overcrowd the pan and lower the heat and cook them slowly.

Now after a few minutes as one side is cooked flip chicken and cook on the other side. Cover the pan with the help of lid until they get cooked.

The most important part of this recipe is that our chicken should be fried nice and crisp.

As all our chicken pieces get fried well, transfer the excess oil of pan in a container for other use. Now add our fried garlic, and white wine along with chicken and stir the pan lightly and toss it. In the end, add freshly chopped parsley.

Cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes as the flavor of wine gets absorbed in the chicken perfectly. And finally, our Spanish Chicken is ready to be served. Serve chicken in a plate and pour the sauce on top of it as it adds extra flavor.

Notes

Do not peel the garlic cloves as it enhances the flavor.
