How to make Keto Caprese Salad?

Cut Bocconcini cheese/Buffalo Mozzarella cheese, and cherry tomatoes into equal halves. Take basil leaves and roll them on top of each other and finely chop them.

In a small mixing bowl, add extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and season it with salt, and give it a nice mix.

Add chopped cherry tomatoes and then cheese and then give it a nice mix.

Transfer it into a serving bowl and sprinkle some chopped basil leaves, and there you go your Keto Caprese Salad is ready to eat.

  • 100 grams Bocconcini
  • 75 grams Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 15 grams Basil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
