How to make Garlic Shrimp Dip?

Let’s get started with our recipe.

In a saucepan/ skillet, add extra virgin olive oil, and then add shrimp. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper and then add finely chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Remove shrimps from heat and drain, then chop them into small bite-sized pieces.

In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mix everything well.

Add lemon zest, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded parmesan cheese, finely chopped fresh parsley, and give everything a nice mix.

Now, add chopped shrimps and give it a final mix. Transfer it to a microwave-safe baking dish, and bake it at 350F/ 175C for 25 minutes.

Garnish it with some freshly chopped parsley and serve it with pita chips, nachos, or anything you like.
