How to make Easy Jalapeno Popper Cheese ball?

On a BBQ grill, roast Jalapenos, and spring onions for8-10 minutes or until charred and smoky. This will add a nice and smoky flavor to our Jalapeno Popper Cheese ball.

Take fresh jalapenos and deseed them, and then dice them into small cubes.

Now take roasted peppers and onions. Remove the smoked/roasted skin from the pepper and clean it well and then remove seeds of the peppers and chop it into small pieces.

Chop roasted/grilled onions into fine pieces and then chop green onions into fine pieces too.

Take 7-8 pieces of smoked bacon strips and roughly chop them into small fine pieces.

Shred 100g Cheddar cheese, 100g Pepperjack cheese, and this will complete the name of our recipe Jalapeno poppers Cheese ball.

In a mixing bowl 16oz or 2 packs of cream cheese, 1/3 cup sour cream, and mix well.

Now in the same mixing bowl add shredded cheese(cheddar, and pepper jack) and mix well until combined well. (Keep some for the last step )

Now add chopped fresh jalapenos (keep some for the last step ), roasted green onions, roasted jalapenos, freshly chopped green onions, and roughly chopped bacon (keep some for the last step ). And at last add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Be sure to taste the mixture for seasonings.

Now roll this mixture into a ball and wrap it into a cling foil and then refrigerate it for at least 1 hour. (This recipe is perfect for 2 soft-sized Jalapeno Poppers Cheese ball.)

On a plate take toasted crushed pork rinds, add shredded cheese, roughly chopped bacon, diced fresh jalapenos, and mix well with your hands.

Now roll our prepared and refrigerated cheeseball in this mixture to fully coat it, press the mixture with your hand so that it gets stuck on the ball perfectly.

Take this ball on a serving plate and arrange some salty biscuits( you can take any of your favorite biscuits and pretty much anything).

Ingredients

  • 7-8 jalapenos medium sized
  • 5-6 spring onions
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • 7-8 bacon strips smoked
  • 100 g pepper jack cheese
  • 16 oz/ 2 packs cream cheese
  • cup sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup pork rinds toasted

Instructions

  • On a BBQ grill/any normal grill, roast 3-4 jalapenos and 2-3 spring onions for 7-8 minutes or until they are nice and charred.
  • Now chop 3-4 jalapenos and 2-3 spring onions into fine pieces. Also chop roasted jalapenos, and spring onions into fine pieces. Roughly chop 7-8 strips of smoked in to small pieces.
  • In a bowl add 16 oz/ 2 packs of cream cheese and ⅓ cup of sour cream and mix well, and then add all chopped ingredients and mix well. Now roll this mixture into a ball and wrap it into a cling foil and then refrigerate it for at least 1 hour. 
  • On a plate take toasted crushed pork rinds, add shredded cheese, roughly chopped bacon, diced fresh jalapenos, and mix well with your hands.
