Keto Caprese Salad

  • 100 grams Bocconcini
  • 75 grams Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 15 grams Basil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Cut Bocconcini cheese/Buffalo Mozzarella cheese, and cherry tomatoes into equal halves. Take basil leaves and roll them on top of each other and finely chop them.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and season it with salt, and give it a nice mix.
  • Add chopped cherry tomatoes and then cheese and then give it a nice mix.
  • Transfer it into a serving bowl and sprinkle some chopped basil leaves, and there you go your Keto Caprese Salad is ready to eat.


You can use mozzarella cheese if Bocconcini is not available and regular tomatoes if cherry tomatoes not available.
