basically, this recipe is blueberries and bananas and we’ll also gonna throw in a couple of other ingredients. which makes them so rich and delicious.

So it’s very easy to make and you can make this at night or you can prepare all the ingredients the night before.

Then just give it a whirl in the morning right before you step out for work or for your day for before school or whatever.

Let’s get started

we’ll take the frozen bananas. I like to use frozen fruit.

whenever possible it just gives it a nice thickness and a good refreshing flavor and also when using bananas try to use very ripe bananas.

whenever possible because this is basically the only thing that’s sweetening up this smoothie.

we’re not adding sugar here we’re not adding any honey or maple syrup. so it all comes down to how sweet your banana is.

Next, about a cup and a half of blueberries, you can also freeze these if you want.

Next, take a tablespoon of honey seeds and this one tablespoon of hemp seed alone has four grams of protein in it. so, you know it’s gonna fill you up for the day.

Put in some almond butter.

And, here’s a trick whenever you’re scooping almond butter, spray a little bit of coconut oil.

Then take that and dip it into the almond butter and what that’s gonna do is gonna help it just scoop out really easily without having to dirty up your fingers.

Finally for the last step.

I’m going to add some almond milk right in there, about a cup and a half of almond milk.

So, this makes for about two people and if you don’t like almond milk you can use any other kind of milk you like.

Now, just snap and pop this up and it’s ready to give it a whirl.

Now you can see that color it is so gorgeous, so beautiful, nice rich blue color.

Then, just go ahead and open it up and serve it into two mason jars.

So, now stick some straws. And then You can enjoy this for breakfast or in-between snack post-workout.

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana frozen
  • cup almond milk unsweeetened
  • 1 tablespoon  almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon  hemp seeds

Toppings:- Sliced banana and blueberries


    • Take Frozen Banana and all ingredients and put them in a blender.
    • Blend the ingredients for about 2-3 min on high speed until they become a smooth and creamy texture.
    • When it's done, taste the smoothie, you can add more almond milk if it is too thick or you can add sweetener of choice if it's not sweet enough for you.
    • Add some Sliced banana and blueberries for garnish.
    • Enjoy the cold or you can store it in the fridge.
