Spicy Chicken Chilli Recipe

This spicy chicken chilli recipe is a lip-smacking and simple recipe for dinner with chicken gravy made with Indian Whole Spices. This is a delicious chicken recipe and goes best with any flatbread or rice.

How To Make Spicy Chicken Chilli ?

  1. The first thing is vegetable oil. Once the oil just kind of begins to heat up, add a whole tray of whole spices beginning with cumin seeds, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, a stick of cinnamon, some black peppercorns, some whole red chillies. and some tiny bay leaves.
  2. Stir the whole spices slightly. And before the spices begin to burn, add in cold cloves of garlic. And 2-3 whole garlic. Immediately followed by roughly cut red onions. Stir all of this well.
  3. Once the onions get lightly sauted, add-in, finely chopped, green chillies, and along with this, coriander leaves/cilantro. And again stir this well, and immediately follow this up with roughly cut tomatoes.
  4. Time to add in the powder spices. Beginning, with garam masala, roasted coriander powder, a touch of turmeric powder, and last but not least red chilli powder. Again stir all of the powder well.
  5. Now, that the spices are almost cooked and ready. What you can do is marinate the chicken with a little bit of ginger-garlic and green chilli paste, the masala is done and ready in goes the marinated chicken. Otherwise just chicken cut, clean, and ready. (Remember all this is happening on medium flame.)
  6. And last but not the least, salt as required. Stir well on medium flame and allow this to cook till the chicken is perfectly well done.
  7. While the chicken is getting cooked remember the fact do not add in water, because the chicken will release its own juices. Now that the chicken is cooked and ready.
  8. Here is where you actually going to decide whether you want to make it like a starter or convert it into a little bit of a gravy.
