WHITE CHOCOLATE COCONUT BALLS

How to make Hazelnut and White Chocolate Coconut Balls?

In a bowl add 7 Oz / 200 g of white chocolate and then add 1/4 cup/ 60 ml whipping cream and then melt that chocolate in a bain marie over low heat.

Stir continuously until chocolate is almost melted.

In that melted butter add 1 tbsp butter and continue stirring until smooth. Keep stirring to mix butter well and then remover from heat.

Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and and lemon zest(completely optional)and mix well with the help of a spoon or spatula.

After that add 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes and mix with a spatula by folding lightly.

Let that mixture cool and then cover it and refrigerate for a couple of hours until the mixture gets firm enough to roll it into balls.

In a plate, take 1/3 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes.

Now scoop out chilled coconut and chocolate mixture and add a hazelnut inside each ball. Roll it out in a ball of around 1 1/2 inches/ or bite-sized.

Now roll each ball into a coconut flakes and serve it or refrigerate it until ready to serve.
